Osman Necdet Türkay : Chairman of the Board of Directors

Osman Türkay is one of the founders of Strateji. Before establishing Strateji, Mr. Türkay gave consultations to various financial firms with his firm “Optimal Araştırma ve Danışmanlık”. Before his career as a consultant, Mr. Türkay has worked as assistant manager for 2 years in Istanbul branch of Citibank responsible for money markets and deputy general manager for 6 years in Finansbank. He holds his bachelor's degree from METU, MS in Management Department and his master’s degree from Arizona University, Finance Department.

Ufuk Sinan Dinçer : Deputy to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager

Before joining Strateji, Mr. Dinçer was the manager of the Treasury Department in Yapi Kredi Investment and previously held positions as Treasury- Fixed Income Securities Manager in Finansbank and portfolio manager in Interbank. Mr. Dinçer is an graduate of METU, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

Yaşar Sarıkaya : Member of the Board of Directors and Manager of Operations, Administrative and Human Resources Group

After graduating from Ankara Yukselis High School in 1985, Mr. Sarikaya joined Pamukbank International Services team. He then joined the securities team in 1987, and worked in all of the services in the securities team for 10 years. In 1996 he was promoted as the manager of the Operations and Administration department in Genborsa Securities. He joined Strateji in 1998.
