Strateji was established in 1995 by taking over Denge Menkul Degerler which had 4.000TL paid capital and changed its name. In the following three years Strateji climbed up to the top 20 brokerage firms list with regards to trade volume was in BIST 100. Today Strateji has 3 million TL capital and a solid, dynamic 30 headcount staff who have domestic and international experience.

Strateji believes there are two main components that carried it forward in such short period of time which are its investments in human resources and information technologies.

Accomplishments

Strateji has reached a very important level in the sector with the help of its conscious and gingerly growth outlook. Established in 1995 with 2.000TL capital, has increased its capital to 300.000TL in two years. In 1999, the company’s capital had reached 400.000TL which then increased to 1 million TL with a capital increase of 600.000TL in 2000. The company again increased its capital in 2002 by 2 million TL and reached 3 million TL.

Strateji has one of the biggest volume among the brokerage firms. The company has issued its “Strateji Long Only Equity Fund” in 1997 and “Strateji Risk Management Fund” in 2006 which are among the highest yielding funds.

In 1996, Strateji was listed in top 10 biggest volumes list among 102 brokerage firms.

Strateji started its corporate finance operations in 1996, intermediating various mergers and acquitions, playing key roles in corporate valuations and financial consulting which are mainly branches of investment banking operations.
